Job Description:

Join our team as a dedicated RN on a 13-week contract working night shifts in a busy hospital unit. You'll be managing post-cardiac catheterization and post-surgical patients, many on high-risk medications like heparin and insulin, and respiratory patients on NIPPV such as BiPAP and AirVo. This role offers a chance to hone your skills in critical care within a fast-paced environment, where precise assessment and timely intervention are key. You'll be the vital link ensuring safe, effective care for complex patients requiring close monitoring and advanced clinical decision-making. The unique setting provides an intensive experience for RNs looking to deepen their critical care expertise while working alongside a supportive team.
