Job Description:

This travel assignment involves working as a Registered Nurse in a bustling Labor and Delivery unit with dedicated postpartum and OB patients. The role entails providing critical support during labor, delivery, and postpartum care, including managing medications like Pitocin, monitoring fetal heart rates, and responding swiftly to patient needs. Shifts are 12 hours overnight, switching every 3 weeks on a rotating day/night schedule. Unique to this position is the variety of responsibilities—from troubleshooting ventilators and telemonitoring to collaborating with on-call anesthesia and neonatology teams—in a facility that values skilled, adaptable nurses ready to tackle diverse situations.
