Job Description:

Join this bustling birthing pavilion as an L&D RN for a 13-week contract where you'll be the heartbeat of patient care during some of the most remarkable moments in families' lives. This role involves 12-hour night shifts, offering a balanced schedule that allows time for rest and personal pursuits. You'll work in a facility that handles approximately 1,300 deliveries annually, with 21 dedicated rooms, including a two-bed triage and operating rooms. Your expertise in postpartum or labor care will shine as you support women through active labor, cervical ripening, and recovery, following established staffing ratios aligned with AWHONN guidelines. Experience in handling high-risk medications like Magnesium Sulfate and insulin will be valuable, but flexibility in your skills is welcomed.
