Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) team during night shifts in Carbondale, Illinois. This role involves caring for a diverse range of cardiac and respiratory patients with fluctuating acuity levels. You'll work a 12-hour night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, providing comprehensive assessments, implementing patient care plans, and collaborating with a supportive healthcare team. There are no on-call requirements, and overtime is available for those interested. The department emphasizes a collaborative culture, with accessible management and a focus on professional growth.
