Job Description:

This Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse position offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple pediatric units, including CVPICU, NICU, and PICU, in Charleston, SC. You will be scheduled for three 12-hour night shifts per week, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, providing essential care to critically ill children. The role involves floating within the pediatric department to meet fluctuating unit needs, offering a dynamic work experience. Even first-timers can apply if they have at least two years of Pediatric ICU experience. Notable aspects include working every other weekend, participating in holiday rotations, and having the chance to handle complex cases like ECMO and CRRT. The facility permits some schedule flexibility pending managerial approval, and guaranteed hours ensure dependable employment.
