Job Description:

Join a renowned Level I trauma acute care hospital in Springfield, Illinois, as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment. This role involves working three 12-hour day shifts from 06:45 to 19:15, caring for an average daily census of 21 patients. You will be part of a dedicated team managing blood product administration, peripheral line care, PICC line management, and implementing isolation precautions. The position offers an engaging opportunity to apply your expertise in a fast-paced environment that values flexibility, as float shifts within departments are expected. You must have at least two years of experience, an active Illinois license (or be in process with an ETA), and BLS certification. Weekend work is required every other week, with some flexibility for local candidates.
