Job Description:

Join our team as a registered nurse on a 13-week night shift assignment in Louisville, Kentucky. This role places you at the heart of patient care in a high-acuity setting, where you will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams. Your focus will be on ensuring patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction while mentoring staff and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. This position offers an opportunity to demonstrate your clinical expertise in a fast-paced environment, with regular opportunities for professional development. Expect to work 36 hours per week, predominantly overnight hours from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with every other weekend off. Responsibilities include utilizing your skills in patient assessments, clinical decision-making, and documentation, all while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and institutional policies.
