Job Description:

Join the team at Tristar Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, TN, for a 13-week contract working in the Women’s Services unit. This role involves 12-hour night shifts where you’ll provide skilled labor and delivery support, including assisting with inductions, C-sections, and postpartum care. The unit boasts a team of experienced RNs, many with over 30 years, who welcome new team members and emphasize collaboration. Expect to engage in fetal monitoring, manage OB emergencies like shoulder dystocia and postpartum hemorrhage, and participate in procedures such as circumcisions and assisted deliveries. This assignment offers the unique opportunity to further develop your expertise in a well-equipped facility, working alongside seasoned professionals in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
