Job Description:

Join the Neuro ICU as a registered nurse on a 13-week travel assignment in Columbus, Ohio. This role offers 12-hour day shifts with a rotation to night duties every other weekend, including Friday and Saturday nights. You'll be immersed in critical neurological care, managing patients with intracranial pressure monitoring, ventilators, and telemetry. The position demands at least two years of Neuro ICU experience, along with certifications in BCLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. Expect to float within units of similar or lower acuity, with a patient ratio estimated at 1:1 or 1:2. Paired scheduling isn't guaranteed, and block scheduling may vary depending on unit needs. The weekly commitment is approximately 36 hours, providing a focused yet manageable schedule to hone your specialized skills amidst a supportive team environment.
