Job Description:

Join a critical access hospital in Carthage, Tennessee, as an RN working in the Labor & Delivery, Nursery, and Post-Partum Units. This 13-week assignment offers the opportunity to care for maternity women and newborns in a level of care that emphasizes hands-on experience with low patient loads—just two labor beds and three postpartum beds. The shift is a 12-hour night schedule, with a weekly guarantee of 36 hours and rotating weekend coverage. You'll perform fetal monitoring, manage postpartum care, and support new families during some of their most joyful moments, all within a facility that values teamwork, initiative, and a positive attitude. This assignment is great for experienced RNs ready to immerse themselves in a focused maternity setting while enjoying the scenic beauty of Tennessee’s water activities and easy access to Nashville.
