Job Description:

This travel opportunity places you in the heart of Arkansas Children's Hospital, a renowned trauma 1 teaching hospital with a vibrant PICU and IMCU. As a healthcare professional here, you'll provide critical support in a 26-bed PICU and 13-bed IMCU, managing complex cases such as respiratory distress, ECMO, trauma, and post-op recovery. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts over a 13-week contract, floating within ICU units as needed, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including Residents, Fellows, and attending physicians. The role requires prior travel experience, with specific focus on PICU procedures, ventilator management, and EPIC EMR system navigation. This assignment offers the chance to deepen your ICU expertise in a fast-paced, educational environment, balancing patient care with ongoing training and specialty testing.
