Job Description:

Join Aspirus Iron River as an experienced Medical-Surgical RN for a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts. This opportunity offers a chance to care for geriatric patients managing CHF, COPD, and diabetes, within a 25-bed Med Surg unit. Expect to float to the Emergency Department when needed, with shifts typically starting at 7 PM and ending at 7 AM. You’ll bring at least 2 years of ICU and ER experience, proficiency with charting systems like Epic EMR, and strong familiarity with patient monitors and medication dispersal via Pyxis. The role offers a weekly gross pay of approximately $2,047.02, with 36 hours billed per week and overtime after 80 hours biweekly. Flexibility with shift start and end times is required, including occasional on-call duties and every other weekend or holiday work.
