Job Description:

Join a reputable hospital as a Traveling Operating Room RN for a 13-week contract in Fort Wayne, Indiana. In this role, you will circulate surgical cases, oversee all nursing activities within the operating room, and collaborate closely with the surgical team to ensure a safe and efficient environment. The schedule features four days of 10-hour shifts, typically from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional on-call shifts in the evening. Experience with trauma centers, robotic surgery, neuro-spine, cranial procedures, pediatrics, ortho trauma, and familiarity with Cerner EMR are essential. This assignment offers a commanding view of varied surgical procedures across a busy trauma hospital, providing a unique opportunity to sharpen specialized skills while working in a fast-paced setting.
