Job Description:

This Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool RN position offers an engaging opportunity to work across various pediatric units, including PICU, NICU, peds medsurg, peds PACU, peds ED, and postpartum/mother-baby. You'll rotate through different settings, applying your PICU and NICU experience to meet diverse clinical needs during 12-hour night shifts. The role involves floating to different pediatric units based on patient census, providing critical support wherever it’s needed most. Expect to handle a variety of pediatric cases in fast-paced environments, all while contributing to a dynamic team. Flexibility and adaptability are key—each shift presents a new challenge, and your expertise will make a meaningful difference in patient outcomes.
