Job Description:

Join a renowned CVICU team in Winston-Salem for a 13-week travel assignment where you'll be working in a 22-bed ICU dedicated to cardiovascular critical care. Your days will be long but rewarding, with 12-hour day shifts that immerse you in managing complex cardiac patients, including post-operative CABG, valve repairs, and circulatory support devices like Impella and IABP. This role is perfect for experienced RN professionals comfortable with hemodynamic monitoring, titration of vasoactive medications, and interpreting cardiac waveforms. The unit’s fast pace demands expertise and confidence, but you'll have support from a 24/7 Intensivist and a collaborative multidisciplinary team. Expect to work closely with a skilled CNA team providing vital patient support, and utilize advanced technology like Epic EMR, Phillips monitors, and CRRT equipment.
