Job Description:

Join a busy emergency department in Charlotte, NC, as a registered nurse specializing in emergency care. This contract offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced physicians, APPs, and support staff in a setting that handles a wide range of adult and pediatric presentations, from stroke and cardiac emergencies to behavioral health and minor trauma. You'll manage average patient volumes of around 145 per day, with a ratio of about 1:3 or 4, depending on acuity. Expect to perform cardiac rhythm interpretation, administer critical care drips, and support complex procedures like conscious sedation and TNK/TPA administration.
