Job Description:

Join a reputable hospital in Roanoke, VA, as a Registered Nurse working on the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and Medical-Surgical (MS) float in a contract role that keeps your skills sharp and your experience diverse. You will be responsible for providing care in a fast-paced environment, floating between units every 4 hours as staffing needs change. Your day will involve managing complex patient conditions, performing IV therapies, blood product administration, and responding swiftly to emergencies. The night shift offers a quiet yet demanding atmosphere where your expertise in cardiac monitoring, airway support, and line care truly makes a difference.
