Job Description:

Join our team as a non-invasive Cardiology Echo Technologist in Las Cruces, New Mexico, for a 13-week contract starting ASAP. In this role, you'll perform adult full and limited echocardiograms, transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE), and pediatric echocardiograms, including TEE procedures. You'll handle the cleaning of TEE probes, write preliminary reports in HMS and Freeland EMR, and participate in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with call required after hours and on weekends—expected to include rotations with a $75/hr rate. Experience with TEE procedures, adult and pediatric echo, and necessary certifications (BLS, ARDMS, NM license, RDCS/RCS/ACS) are required. This assignment offers unique exposure to advanced cardiology imaging, with opportunities to work in a variety of clinical environments, from high-acuity hospital floors to outpatient clinics. No floating or blocked scheduling is available, and patient ratios are about 5:1, providing a balanced workflow in a supportive team environment.
