Job Description:

Join a dedicated neuro medical-surgical unit as a registered nurse, working 12-hour day shifts in Peoria, Illinois. In this role, you'll manage patients with complex neurological conditions such as stroke, brain tumors, spine surgeries, and head injuries. Your responsibilities include titrating heparin drips based on PTT, troubleshooting telemetry equipment, and collaborating with a team of charge nurses, house supervisors, nurse aides, and telemetry techs. This assignment offers the opportunity to work on a specialized unit with a supportive team, gain valuable trauma experience, and immerse yourself in a focused neuro care environment.
