Job Description:

Join our team as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nurse in Boston, providing specialized care for the most fragile newborns. This assignment involves 12-hour shifts on a rotational schedule, including day and night shifts, with some weekend and holiday coverage. You'll be caring for neonates in a 21-bed unit featuring both level II and level III beds, working with a team that maintains high standards of neonatal care. Your role will focus on monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and supporting infant stability during critical moments—giving you the chance to make a real difference in these tiny patients' lives while experiencing the vibrant city of Boston.
