Job Description:

Join the team at a renowned cardiovascular surgical step-down unit, where you'll care for high-acuity patients recovering from complex cardiac procedures. This role offers a hands-on experience with patients on Mechanical Circulatory Support devices like LVADs and those recovering from heart and lung transplants. Your expertise in managing patients 1+ days post-op from CABG, Valve repairs, and replacements will be crucial. With a focus on post-operative cardiovascular care, you'll be immersed in a fast-paced environment that challenges and sharpens your skills in surgical intermediate and ICU-level care.
