Job Description:

Join a dedicated Emergency Department team at Blue Hills FSED in Roanoke, Virginia, where you'll work 12-hour night shifts caring for critically ill patients. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your ED nursing expertise in a fast-paced setting that requires both independence and collaborative teamwork. You'll manage a variety of high and low acuity cases, administer medications, and perform procedures using state-of-the-art GE equipment. The shift provides ample experience with critical care protocols, and the unit's 4:1 patient ratio ensures you'll have a manageable workload. Prepare to make a real difference in a supportive environment that values your critical skills and certifications in ACLS, PALS, BLS, and TNCC.
