Job Description:

Join our team as an emergency department nurse in Peoria, Illinois, and experience the hustle and bustle of a Level 1 trauma center. You'll be working 12-hour night shifts caring for a wide variety of patients—from newborns to the elderly—with conditions ranging from minor complaints to critical emergencies. Your role will include managing complex drips like vasopressors and cardiac medications, interpreting vital signs and rhythms on Phillips monitors, and collaborating with a team of physicians, mid-level providers, and ED techs. This assignment offers a chance to sharpen your trauma and critical care skills while working in a fast-paced environment that keeps you on your toes.
