Job Description:

This surgical RN position places you right in the heart of a bustling operating suite, where you'll scrub in for a variety of general, gynecological, and urological procedures. Expect to be hands-on with cases like laparoscopic cholecystectomies, appendectomies, cystoscopies, and robotic surgeries utilizing DaVinci systems. The setting features 14 OR suites dedicated to general surgery, handling 20-40 cases daily. The role offers two distinct shifts totaling 36 to 40 hours per week, with scheduled hours to match. You'll work alongside skilled surgical technologists and a charge nurse who helps coordinate cases, ensuring a smooth workflow. This contract provides an opportunity to sharpen your EPIC EMR skills further and gain experience in facilities with recent similar-sized ORs.
