Job Description:

This travel assignment offers a chance to step into a 12-hour day shift role at a 44-bed facility in Albany, Georgia. As a seasoned professional with at least two years of experience in this specialty, you'll be responsible for providing expert support within a fast-paced environment that emphasizes efficiency and team coordination. The role involves working on Meditech electronic medical records, floating across various acute care and cardiovascular units, and adhering to a 1:5 or potentially 1:6 staff ratio. Expect to participate in a one-week general orientation, followed by two additional days focused on floor-specific procedures. Certification in BLS and NIHSS (both from AHA) is required. This assignment is ideal for those who enjoy a collaborative atmosphere and are comfortable working every other weekend and as needed on holidays. The uniform color is Caribbean Blue, and tele health systems are monitored on a separate unit.
