Job Description:

Join our team as a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse at Valley Springs Behavioral Health Hospital, providing care across adult, pediatric, and geriatric units. You'll work 12-hour day shifts, delivering both direct and indirect patient care in a facility with a capacity of 104 beds. This assignment offers an engaging opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including those with diagnoses such as schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorder. Your day will include developing and implementing nursing care plans, communicating clinical changes, and participating in discharge planning, all while collaborating with a supportive team led by shift supervisors. The role is ideal for nurses with at least one year of inpatient psychiatric experience who are comfortable working with both adult and pediatric patients, and who possess a current RN license and BLS certification.
