Job Description:

This 12-hour night shift RN contract in Prescott, AZ offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced MedSurg Tele and PCU float pool setting. As part of this assignment, you'll manage a variety of patient needs including post-cardiac cath, post-MI, and post-CABG patients, with responsibilities encompassing titrating drips like Heparin, Cardizem, and Insulin. The role requires taking and passing a dysrhythmia exam prior to signing, and candidates must be comfortable interpreting strips and managing complex patient cases. You'll collaborate with charge nurses and nurse aides, working across East and West campuses, with scheduled orientation to ensure smooth integration. The shift structure offers flexibility, with schedule notifications provided two hours prior, and every other weekend and holiday shifts included to keep the workweek engaging yet balanced.
