Job Description:

Join a dedicated cardiac telemetry unit as a Telemetry Registered Nurse on a 12-hour night shift, providing vital support in a fast-paced inpatient setting. This role involves caring for patients with complex cardiac conditions, including those undergoing procedures like pre/post cath, PPM, AICD, and managing various arrhythmias and IV therapies. Your expertise in IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and management of cardiac drips will keep the rhythm going on this unit. Be prepared for quick patient turnovers, rapid responses, and a team that values your skills—while working floating assignments as needed. Job Specifics:

Location: Winston-Salem, North Carolina
Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
