Job Description:

Seeking a dedicated Medical Surgical Float Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Boone, North Carolina. This role requires flexibility to float across Intermediate, Stepdown, and MedSurg units, accommodating varying patient volumes and acuity levels. The schedule features 12-hour night shifts, working three days a week, with up to two weekend shifts per month. Candidates should be prepared to work two of the three major holidays during the contract period. This position offers an engaging opportunity to adapt to diverse clinical settings, honing your skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
