Job Description:

Join a dedicated NICU team as a Night Shift RN, where you will care for infants in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing support from admission to discharge for fragile newborns, often requiring careful attention to detailed protocols and rapid response skills. The unit, with 12 beds and a patient ratio of 2:1, offers an engaging setting where your expertise will make a meaningful difference. You'll operate with hospital-provided blue scrubs and utilize Cerner or GE Centricity EMR systems. This assignment guarantees 48 hours weekly with a schedule of 12-hour nights (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.), working every other week. The position allows floating to other units as needed, providing variety and additional experience during your contract.
