Job Description:

Join a specialized Radiation Oncology team as a Procedural RN. In this role, you will be preparing patients for brachytherapy and assisting with procedures, including patient recovery. Your expertise will help ensure patients undergo their treatments smoothly and comfortably, providing education and emotional support throughout. The position involves working with adult patients primarily, but there’s a potential to care for pediatric patients if you have PALS and pediatric training. This assignment offers the chance to work closely with a multidisciplinary team, collaborate across institutions, and stay at the forefront of cancer treatment practices. You’ll perform procedural tasks and Point of Care Testing as needed, applying your clinical skills to support patients through complex treatments in a fast-paced environment. This is a unique opportunity for nurses with procedural experience seeking a rewarding, collaborative setting.
