Job Description:

Join our team as a CVICU Registered Nurse for this engaging contract in Madison, WI. You'll be working in a specialized cardiovascular intensive care unit, focusing on critically ill patients recovering from cardiothoracic surgery and other high-acuity conditions. This role features a 12-hour rotating shift schedule—alternating between day and night shifts—with every other weekend and some holidays off, and no on-call requirements. Your experience with NextStage CVVH machines and basic arrhythmia will be key as you monitor and manage complex patient needs in a fast-paced environment. It’s a hands-on role demanding attention to detail, technical skill, and the ability to adapt to changing clinical scenarios—think of it as a vital chapter in your nursing journey.
