Job Description:

Join a hospital nursing team where you'll provide attentive care during 12-hour night shifts. This role involves managing a diverse patient load with health issues that range from straightforward to more complex cases. You'll document patient responses to treatments, assist physicians with examinations and minor procedures, and monitor vital signs and physiological changes closely. Administer medications and oversee IV infusions, ensuring each patient’s needs are met with professionalism. Collaborate with families and discharge planning teams, sharing care plans and explaining hospital procedures, all while navigating a schedule that lets you experience the quiet and reflective night hours in a fast-paced medical environment.
