Job Description:

Join a specialized NICU team for a rewarding travel assignment in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where your expertise in Level 3 neonatal intensive care will be put to good use. This role involves providing critical patient care in a 31-bed unit, often with a 1:1 or 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts, ensuring immediate and attentive care for the tiniest patients. You'll utilize EPIC charting and Pyxis medication systems daily, with opportunities to float to appropriate Peds/PICU units as needed.
