Job Description:

This contract opportunity is ideal for registered nurses ready to take on a role where they can make a meaningful impact on patient lives while experiencing a unique setting. In this position, you'll be working independently under the supervision of nurse leaders, performing the full nursing process for acutely ill patients. From assessment and planning to implementation and evaluation, your expertise will guide the delivery of safe, therapeutic care. Expect to collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, patients, and their families, creating personalized care plans that address both physiological and psychosocial needs. The schedule features four 10-hour shifts weekly, with two days of on-call responsibility from late afternoon to early morning, including every other weekend. You'll find this role both challenging and rewarding, offering a chance to sharpen your clinical judgment in a hospital environment that values professionalism and compassionate caring. Prepare to be hands-on with medication administration, emergency response, and documentation, all while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and state practice standards.
