Job Description:

Join our team as a registered nurse on a 13-week contract at a busy medical-surgical unit in Birmingham, Alabama. This night shift role involves caring for a diverse patient population, including oncology, neuro, and palliative care cases. You'll be responsible for assessments, IV insertions, Foley catheterizations, and NGT placements, with the opportunity to work with advanced equipment like Alaris IV pumps and utilize the EPIC EMR system. The assignment offers a chance to experience a hospital setting where teamwork and attention to detail are essential, all while enjoying the quiet of night hours and the rhythms of hospital life after dark.
