Join our team at John Muir Medical Center Walnut Creek for an engaging ER travel assignment as an experienced emergency room nurse. You'll handle a high patient volume in a fast-paced environment, managing a diverse adult patient population including STEMI, stroke, trauma, and elderly patients. Your role will involve triaging ambulance arrivals, performing EKGs, starting IVs, and assisting with complex trauma cases using advanced equipment such as Art-lines and Hospira infusion pumps. The shift is a 12-hour rotating schedule, providing diversity and flexibility, and the assignment offers a rewarding opportunity to refine your trauma and pediatric care skills.
