Job Description:
Join a dedicated team of cardiac telemetry nurses in a rewarding 13-week travel assignment that places you at the forefront of cardiac monitoring. This role involves interpreting cardiac rhythms, administering medications, performing IV insertions, and conducting vital assessments—all within a 30-bed unit where a 1:6 patient-to-nurse ratio keeps the workload manageable. The shift is 12 hours overnight, from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., covering weekends and holidays as needed. You'll have the opportunity to refine your skills in a setting that emphasizes precision and attention to detail, with the flexibility of floating to other units as required. Experience in cardiac monitoring and interpreting telemetry is essential, along with a positive attitude and a commitment to patient safety in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a chance to enhance your expertise in a specialized area while enjoying a dynamic work schedule and supportive team environment.
