This step-down registered nurse position at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus offers a chance to work on the HVTI-Stepdown unit with a reliable 3x12-hour night/days rotating schedule. Your role involves providing specialized care to patients transitioning from critical to less intensive units, with an emphasis on monitoring ECG rhythms and administering treatments as per protocol. The position is unique because it combines high-level clinical responsibilities with a predictable shift structure that requires working at least every other holiday.
