Job Description:

Join us as a traveling nursing professional, floating between departments and local locations within a 20-mile radius to deliver exceptional patient care. In this role, you will utilize your nursing expertise to assess, plan, and provide direct care to a diverse patient population during 12-hour day and night shifts. You’ll coordinate closely with families and the healthcare team, administer medications and treatments, and ensure protocols are followed precisely. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to experience different units, including Medical-Surgical and ICU, giving you a broader perspective on patient care in a flexible, fast-paced setting. No precepting required, and patient ratios vary to keep the work engaging without becoming overwhelming.
