Job Description:

Join a challenging ICU/PCU float RN role at a prominent hospital in Roanoke, VA. You'll work 12-hour day shifts, floating between ICU and PCU units based on staffing needs. Your primary responsibilities will include managing arterial lines, central and PICC lines, administering blood products, and supporting ventilated patients with BiPAP and CPAP. You’ll also handle medication titrations, wound care, and cardiac monitoring, including interpreting dysrhythmias. This position offers a chance to experience a busy Level I Trauma Center environment, where your expertise will help keep critical patients stable and progressing. The role involves a mix of independent management and collaboration, with the flexibility to float 2-3 times per shift, ensuring no two days are exactly the same.

Job Specifics:

Location: Roanoke, Virginia
