Job Description:

Join a reputable hospital in Burlington, VT, as a registered nurse specializing in the Medical ICU and overflow neuro duties. This role involves floating to SICU, Miller 3, and Miller 4 units, where you'll be responsible for starting IVs, managing multiple titrating drips, and providing critical vent care. Experience with large, teaching facilities and a solid background in multi-system disease management—including CRRT, IAPB, Ecmo, and vents—is essential. EPIC electronic medical records experience within the past two years is required. The assignment offers the opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts, immersing yourself in complex patient scenarios while enjoying a contract full of professional challenge and growth.
