Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a Registered Nurse in a Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit, where you will be responsible for monitoring and caring for patients recovering from cardiac, neurological, orthopedic, and surgical procedures. This role offers the opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts, either three or four nights per week, in a hospital setting renowned for its trauma level 1 designation and extensive specialty care. The assignment involves interpreting dysrhythmias, managing complex IV therapies, and supporting patients through post-procedure recovery, all while floating within your scope to meet department needs. This contract blends technical expertise with the satisfaction of making a real impact during critical moments in patient recovery.
