Job Description:

Join our team as a Registered Nurse on a cardiac-focused stepdown unit, where you'll be integral to caring for patients with conditions such as CHF, NSTEMI, and arrhythmias. This role offers a 12-hour day shift schedule, providing an engaging chance to work with frequent IV drips including Heparin, Milrinone, Lasix, and Bumex, and to support patients recovering from vascular surgery or cardiac procedures. The unit's environment demands precise skills in cardiac telemetry, with at least two years of experience in a similar setting. Certification in NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS is required, and a BSN is highly preferred. You must hold a current RN license for the state of Washington and be comfortable navigating Cerner electronic health records.
