Job Description:

Join us for an exciting opportunity as a Registered Nurse in the ER Holding role at a busy border hospital. This position immerses you in a fast-paced environment where you'll manage a wide variety of complex emergency diagnoses across patient borders. You'll provide essential care in a setting that demands quick thinking and adaptability, floating between the Emergency Department, Medical/Surgical Telemetry, and Intermediate Care units within your scope. Expect to handle high patient volumes, with up to 40 borders daily, and to be part of a team that appreciates flexibility, with shifts covering weekends and holidays as scheduled.
