Job Description:

Join an engaging surgical team as a circulating perioperative nurse in a busy orthopedic and general surgery suite. This contract role offers the chance to work in a well-equipped Operating Room with basic surgical gear, including cautery, video monitors, arthroscopy, and positioning equipment. You will be responsible for supporting up to five ORs, managing patient flow during procedures, and assisting the surgical team with a variety of cases such as orthopedics, gynecology, robotics, urology, vascular, cardiovascular, neuro, and thoracic surgeries. The schedule includes 8-hour day shifts with rotating call shifts—minimum one night a week and one weekend every five weeks—giving you a chance to experience both the rhythm of the OR and some well-earned downtime. This assignment provides a hands-on opportunity to work with experienced staff and develop your skills in a fast-paced surgical environment.
