Job Description:

Join our team as a Surgical First Assistant in a busy OR environment where you'll be a key partner to surgeons during procedures. This role involves supporting surgeries from patient positioning and prepping to controlling bleeding and closing incisions, all while working 12-hour day shifts. You'll also provide critical assistance during weekday, weekend, and holiday call coverage, ensuring seamless surgical operations. The ideal candidate is experienced in surgical technology, holds the necessary certifications, and is comfortable handling varying responsibilities as a first assist throughout the week. This assignment offers hands-on involvement in a fast-paced surgical setting—it's like being the right hand in the operating room.
