Job Description:

This ICU RN contract offers the chance to work in a high-acuity environment with a variety of complex cases, from vented patients to those requiring TTM and BIS scoring. You'll be part of a dedicated team managing patient care during 12-hour night shifts, with a focus on titrating drips such as vasopressors, sedatives, and insulin. Expect to navigate a busy unit with a patient ratio of 1:2 or 1:3, supported by a permanent charge nurse and intensivist coverage around the clock. The role includes classroom orientation and hands-on unit training, fostering a collaborative atmosphere where teamwork is essential.
