Job Description:

Join a dedicated team in the CVICU at Arkansas Children's Hospital, a renowned trauma 1 teaching hospital with 359 beds, located in Little Rock. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse pediatric patient population, including complex congenital heart defects, heart failure, and transplant cases, in a setting that emphasizes specialized care beyond typical pediatric ICU experiences. As a travel RN, you'll be responsible for managing critically ill neonatal to adult patients, utilizing advanced equipment such as intracardiac lines and ECMO (experience preferred), while adhering to strict protocols including strict narcotic waste procedures. Expect to float within the ICU cluster, and enjoy the challenge of working with varying acuity levels, always supported by a team of intensivists and specialized staff. You'll be actively involved in specialty testing and orientation, with a focus on delivering high-level pediatric cardiac care, and will experience a rewarding environment where every shift counts.
