Job Description:

This travel contract is designed for experienced Med Surg RNs ready to step into a fast-paced surgical care setting. Upon arrival, you'll train on the 3E Med Surg unit, providing post-op care, before transitioning to the 5E unit starting March 10th. The role offers an opportunity to assume charge nurse responsibilities and precept new team members, all while working 12-hour night shifts. This assignment allows you to apply your proficiency in caring for a diverse range of Med Surg patients, utilizing EPIC EMR systems and managing patients on Heparin. The hospital values proactive, adaptable nurses with a solid 24 months of recent Med Surg experience, and first-time travelers with a proven track record within the past 18 months are encouraged to apply.
